Homeschool Class

In this class we will enter the enchanting world of cookie decorating with royal icing!  Students will learn the secrets to creating the perfect royal icing with the ideal consistency to color and decorate like a professional. They will learn the art of piping and flooding to transform a simple sugar cookie into edible art! They will learn different decorating techniques to create texture, designs, and 3D accents. They may not want to eat their creations!  Their first attempts may not look like a professional bakery, but with any amount of practice, their skills will improve greatly! Most students will be very impressed with their new found skills by the end of the class! 

What to expect?

-Warm and welcoming instructors trained to teach children.

-All ingredients and equipment provided.

-Hands-on cooking and meal prepping.

-Instructors who are able to work with each student at their own experience level.

-Breaks for students when needed. 

-Samples

-Recipes and pictures sent after the class in an email.

-Class limited to 14 students to ensure the quality of the class!

REFUND POLICY

Due to operational costs and the fact that food is purchased based on enrollment, all class purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Some non-perishable food and supplies may be purchased up to 4 weeks in advance.

Minimum Enrollment Requirement:

All classes and clubs must meet the minimum enrollment requirement to run. If this club does not meet the requirement, you will be notified and given a full refund. *You agree to not fault WRC for a class/club/camp that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement.

Allergies:

It is your responsibility to let us know about any food allergies during registration. We happily accommodate allergies in many classes! We will not be able to alter a recipe if your child tells us the day of a class they are not allowed to have something. We have to know this in advance so that we can try out the recipe variation, and have the alternative ingredients at the kitchen.
